Welcome to Extra Fantasy Vibe. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our fantasy sports platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO USE THIS PLATFORM. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older. We reserve the right to verify your age and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, downloading our app, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

To participate in Extra Fantasy Vibe contests, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Be a resident of a jurisdiction where fantasy sports contests are legal
Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Not be an employee, officer, or immediate family member of Extra Fantasy Vibe

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain one account per person (duplicate accounts are prohibited)
Keep your password secure and not share it with others
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Contest Rules and Scoring

All contests on Extra Fantasy Vibe are governed by specific rules:

Lineup Creation: You must submit a valid lineup before the contest locks.
Scoring System: Points are calculated based on real-life Baseball player performance according to our published Point System.
Contest Validity: Contests may be canceled if insufficient participants or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Official Statistics: We use official MLB statistics as the basis for all scoring decisions.
Tie-Breaking: In case of tied scores, predetermined tie-breaking rules will apply.
Disputes: All scoring decisions are final. Disputes must be submitted within 72 hours of contest completion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain unfair advantages
Collude with other users or engage in chip-dumping schemes
Create multiple accounts or share accounts with others
Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our platform
Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff
Attempt to manipulate contests or exploit system vulnerabilities
Provide false information or misrepresent your identity

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Extra Fantasy Vibe, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and trademarks, is the property of Extra Fantasy Vibe or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Skill-Based Competition

Extra Fantasy Vibe offers skill-based fantasy sports contests. Success in contests depends on your knowledge, strategy, and decision-making abilities. Participation requires an understanding of Baseball and fantasy sports principles. Outcomes are determined by real-world player performance and your lineup selections.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXTRA FANTASY VIBE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. You use the platform at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Extra Fantasy Vibe, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Extra Fantasy Vibe operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases.

13. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of Extra Fantasy Vibe is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information as described in that policy. By using our platform, you consent to such collection and use.

14. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party services or contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third parties. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and that third party.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or internet service disruptions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any contest-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Extra Fantasy Vibe regarding use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements.
